Can they Recover?

My plants are about 1 1/2 weeks old, and I watered them when the soil was dry and they are all droopy. I was wondering if they would recover or not. I have read a lot on overwatering, but I have found mixed information, and also little information on plants as sprouts. Thanks for the help.

if its a sprout, watering with a couple squirts on the soil from a mister is sufficient every other day.

let your plant dry out
