Help Eek!

Ok im 3 days into planting my seeds into my rockwool and im seeing extremely tiny black specles all in the rockwool i think i have over water my babys but i dont know what i should do and what it is? they dont appear to be on the plants.

pics would be great, but it sounds like mold to me... might wanna get em into new blocks

im pretty sure its mold now but wont i risk them dieing on me if i try to put em in new blocks? i got a fan going now hoping that will help?
