leaves curling under?

My lowryder 2 seedling showed its first serated edged leaves this past tuesday, and they seem to growing good. The second set of serated edged leaves just started to show a few days ago, but didn't seem to be growing at all. Then today I noticed that they are growing, but they are curling under so it looks like they aren't growing. What could this be from, and will this affect the overall growth of my plant? Is there a way to correct this problem?

First we need to know all the details of the grow:
lights
soil
temps
fertiler
age
height
pot size
etc.
They sound very young so fertilizing is no good.
pics also help

Sounds like it could be heat stress. How are your temps? Be sure to measure right at the canopy.
