Pleez help Big problem in flower LED grow

hey everyone
I am currently using led's to grow.I just swictched from mh and hps on oct 18. I am using a grow medium of pro-mix, worm castings and perlite. The girls are in 2 gallon pots. I use bio-grow and bio-bloom ferts. My soil ph is around 7 and water ph is 7 also. I water when pots are light and ferts evry watering. Under these new lights, i have cut the ferts in half as was reccommended. Even doing this, i slightly burned the girls in veg. They are recovering nicely now. The led's themselves in flower are as follows, two 650 leds lenses on the ends on the room.. each led in ratyed at 2500 mcd. There is a 420 led red lense in the middle which is also rated at 2500 mcd per led. I have two blue lenses with 72 led's apeice.. I am unsure of the mcd but think it is 4000. The girls are about 12-15 inches away from the lights. I have an exhaust fan running and a desk fan inside the room, pointed away from the girls. The temp is around 70-75 day and night i am not sure but no lower than 60 or 65, i have misplaced my extremes thermometer.
Now for the trouble. About two weeks ago i noticed alot of leaves dropping off. They were not shriveled or anything, just dropping, most looked very healthy. i thought maybe i had given them to much water, so i didnt give them anything until two days ago. in the interim, some leaves started to shrivel, more dropped and some started top show signs of either a phos def or a fungus. the pots were still real heavy( since there is no heat with led's the pots take forveer to dry up) so i was scared to give it anymore water or ferts. Now, in addition to all of that, i have what i think may be a boron def as the new growth on the buds is shriveled, yellow and brown.. some buds are ok, but alot fo them are stunted. Overall bud formation is pretty crappy too. The pics i have posted are of a girl(white shark) that went into flower on 10/16. I know the buds are small, it is typical fo this strain. I have another plants that doesnt look much better and two that went in last week that are ok except they are starting to show signs of either the fungus or phos def. yesterday i watered evryone with a half strength of bio-bloom. i split a gallon or so of water among the 6 girls. i also adjusted the water with lemon juice to a ph of 6.5. The ph of the soil is back at 7 this morning and no one looks any better. What do you guys think? Any and all responses are appreciated. Also, if someone can help me figure out how to post my pics i'd appreciate that too.
I tried this, let me know if it worked! thanks

i have always used nutes with evry watering, under mh and hps lights with no problem. I will certainly back off of that to evry other watering. I don't water everyday, quite the opposite, the p[lants in flower got no water for 2 weeks. If i am giving them to much nutes, why are they showing signs of def? Or are you saying they are not showing signs of def? I am also not understanding why this problem is only in flower, the girls in veg are doing great. Thanks for your response dierwolf

I did not realize your soil also had worm castings and that you were ferting them every day. We really need those pics. Also IMHO I think your plants are not getting enough light; especially since you are using LED's. I would definitely go back to 12/12 and just leaf it there. Additionally, as I mentioned before I have my LED's about 3 inches off the tops. If you have a 12 inch tall plant and the LED's are 15 inches off the tops, the lights are 27 inches away from the bottom of the plant. Dude when I was flowering with my 400 watt HPS the colas of my plants were 6 inches off the tops! Move your lights much closer unless heat is a problem.

Uploading Pictures: Before you upload pictures you need to make sure they are the correct size. To resize pictures go to Paint (loaded on with Windows) and select the picture you wish to resize. Then click "image" then "stretch Skew" and resize at 10% increments. Don't forget to hit "save". Then click the reply button at the bottom of the thread you want to load the pictures on to and go to the bottom where it says "manage attachments". You can then upload the pictures you want.

Then hit the reply button for this thread, type in what you want to say, go down the page a bit where it says manage attachments then hit "browse" to choose each of your resized pictures, don't forget to hit "upload" then hit "reply"

We really need to see pics here because your descriptions to me up to this point have led me to believe they were P deficient.

Thanks for the info vtec, i am not giving them ferts evryday. I had been giving them ferts with evry watering and the space between waterings was around 2 weeks or so. I went to the gallery of this site and posted pics there. i provided a link in my initial post, i guess it doesn't work..Frig... They are under 12/12 right now and have been. I have moved them as close to the lights as i can, they have to be a little ways away to get both colors, i don't have them set up the way you do. Also i am beginning to wonder if it a fungus problem rather than a phos def. i sprayed the ones in veg tonight with neem as they were starting to show signs of the fungus shit too. Thanks for your help dude i have uploaded the pics as you suggested, let me know if it worked, thanks

I moved the lights closer as vtec suggested and adjusted the ph as well as spraying with neem in case the phos def was in fact fungus. The ladies are looking much happier today, i'll post some more pics of them at the end of the week for y'all to see. Vtec i am also putting more lights in there, i agree it was not enough lighting.
