Need some help with sick plants

Please help me diagnose what is wrong with my plants. Most of the leaves are drooping on the bigger plant. Some of the bigger leaves are yellowing and show necrosis. On one of my other plants, some of the leaves have white/yellow dry spots on the leaves. Is this nutrient burn, or a lack of nutrients, or what?
My soil's PH is about 6.7-6.8. The water's PH is 7.0. I have been fertalizing about every other day with a diluted "3.1-5.4" vegatative fertalizer. The plants are under a 400w MH lamp. They ambient temp is around 83 F. My humidity is around 30%. Is the humidity my problem? If so, how can I increase it?
thanks.

cant say what your problem is dewd, but an easy way to add humidity is place 1 (or however many you need) bowls of water in with the plants, and the heat will make it evaporate slowly

without seeing the plants and really needing more info Ill still take a shot at this

drooping , yellow & dying, I'd suggest your are drowning the roots, possibly even root rot, you may also be locking out the nutes from this same condition

since you fert every other day then you are obviously watering @ same
since the ferts are NOT uptaking they are locked

pull the plant gently from the pot check the roots for damage , root bound or check to see if the soil is waterlogged...transplant if so

if this is not the issue, we need pictures

the first part "is" overwatering. you shouldn't be watering every other day, unless they're drying up. also, you should fert. once a week in soil. let the medium dry between waterings. you're depriving the root of the air they need. the white/yellow spots, are the small? if so then you prob. have thrips. optimum ph for you would be 6.5. if you're not, you should be adjusting your water/feed to 6.5 before applying. your plants would really enjoy an increase in humidity (45-55%) and a decrease in temp. (73-79 degrees) if you can manage it. what you're running now is o.k. but they'll love you more if you can tweak it a bit. it's really hard to increase humidity w/o a humidifier. eat bologna for a week and buy one. get a magnifying glass an look closely at your plant. look closely at the back of the leaves....

The white spots are not small. They are long and thin in some areas, and semi-circular in others. I will try to get some pictures as soon as i can. Thanks for all your help guys, I really appreciate it.

are the white spots originating around the base of the leaf or random overall, or between the veins running from the blade tip inwards

the spots are pretty random. Most are coming from the base of the leaves.
