Well, about 32ozs, but thats average...just on how the soil dryed up. But it definately soaked it up when things started to go awry. I flushed with a half gal, then the next day it looked sooooooo much worse (went from healthy with a couple bad leaves, to this mess) and so i flushed it again with 2-3 gallons. So its almost dry today, and the red in the top two stems has gone away and the 2nd ring of stems is starting to fade the red away. I also hadn't been flushing monthly until now, but this is my first time . The reason I think it is underwatering because i have been watering it practically the same since the beginning, forgetting that its a growing thing.!!!!!!!! As far as safety, even if this does make it..is it okay to use that type of damaged bud? Cut the good buds now? !!!!!!!!?????????? Side note: the seeping brown is not actually brown, its more of a grey, but there is light brownish to it as well. Last edited by naoise; 11-02-2006 at 04:49 PM. |

Don't chop it. When you flushed it how much of the 3gl came out? It's weed so it's quite hard to kill, if you had nutrient build up in the soil then the plant will slowly start to die off normally from the bottom upwards and starting with the big fan leaves. It must have got quite hot to dry out so much in such little time. However it would be nice to have some idea of the conditions the plant has been kept in. Lamp - Heat - Soil and so on. |

ouch! where to begin? Im with Max here, with all the water youve been giving these plants it seems difficult to believe this is underwatering, then your posted about it not really being brown but more of a grey , the leaves are dry but green, sounds like severe phosphorus def.which can also cause co-symptom of N, K, and Mg-deficiencies whats the PH of the soil runoff and your room temps |
