From the pic, it looks like the first true set of leaves have formed, but the cotyledon leaves (the first, smooth pair) are still joined by ebryonic material. Weird. It looks like the true (serrated) leaves are trapped inside! If that's true, simply remove that embryonic matter with something long, thin, and clean, like a needle, or tooth-pick wiped with a steret (isopropyl on a cloth, etc). Do it now, and be very gentle.
Or is the small, fuzzy picture giving me the wrong idea?
