Sick yellow spots, holes, curling edges

unforunately i do not have a digitcal camera (my roomie does but is a bitch about it) so i kind of just have to describe what is happening.

first off i made the mistake of using some miracle grow mix in plant food in the beginning of my plants life, b/c a friend of mine who was growing b4 me told me to (and it seems that is not a good idea now, but ive tried to pick out the little plant food balls that were mixed in). ne way, i have a few of the older, lower leaves w/ brown edges that curl, a few with yellow spots on them which are now turning to holes through the leaf, and like one or two that died completely. the rest of the plant looks great, healthy, and i am on day 4 of my 12/12 cycle. for some reason this has accelerated (it appears) this decay of my leaves, but its only 3 or so of them out of the dozens that are like this.... please help...

Not positive, but sound like nutrient burn to me. I have same symptoms on a couple of my plants, but its the lower (bottom two) leafs that do this, which are getting a lil less light anyway. The rest of my plant keeps doing great, and I'm really putting it through a lot of stress, but it just keeps doing great.

Oh, and I too have miracle grow. Mabye this will help a little bit.......

this is when some strains fall apart in pre ferted soils

I did a test this last grow 5 plants in MG, 5 not, the MG plants were problematic the whole grow but went south soon as budding started, it was a constant juggling act of nutes to keep the plants going thru the bud. I hope you know your shit!

seriously , since you just started bud you may want to consider transplanting.this I did to one of the test plants and it was the only girl that yielded worthwhile.
do a serch here use : miracle grow....shultz..& scotts as your keywords

gluck

well it wasn't like i used miracle grow fertilizer... just plant food mixed in. i've tried to remove the majority of the little beads i mixed into the top few inches of soil, and have since added peat moss to the top (some of the roots were showing)... how can i tell if things go haywire? besides not knowing the best technique of transplanting(nor much of it at all) , i have only been on 12/12 cycle for 5 days now....i don't want to do ne thing i dont have to... thanks for ur comments... if ne one has ne further suggestions (or even just answerin my questions now) id b very grateful

adding peat moss is making this worse, your soil is already too hot

5 days in flower is not going to be an issue but those time released fert balls will , they are they worst of all the MG products for growing weed

obviously get new soil no ferts pre added OK, you can use your peat in this new soil.
remove plants from pots and remove all the soil you can , run the rooball under water if necessary to get it all out, especially those fert balls

spread the roots out in the new soil, thats in your pots and then top dress with more soil, light watering and leave the plants alone for a week, they will be fine

I read this yesterday, but I didn't have the confidence to intervene in what is clearly a state of war between you and your "roomie". "Rumi"? Heh.

It's a camera, fuxxake, just ask.

The pre-ferted soil was a mistake. But you know that now. It's a learning experience, isn't it? You also have to know; plants respond to humans, their vibes. Cannabis is seen by many as a "Gift from the Gods to Man", and if you read and read about Cannabis, and grow some bud, you will see why. If you and your roomie are at war, no amount of mulching is gonna save these plants. But fortunately, the opposite is also true. Project encouraging thoughts to your plants. See them healthy and strong. Visualise their stems getting thicker (that's a good tip! Like visualising chewing rocks when you have toothache, seeing the rocks crush to dust).

Everything that Ganja Guerrilla said, and BE GENTLE. Imagine you had a newborn baby, and you are bathing him. That's how to hold your plant under the (again, gentle) tap. If you have a mixer tap, GOOD! Get the temperature the same as the soil is right now.

Reduce the shock in every possible way. And increase the joy in every possible way, and it will be a success.

Sing to your plants. If you have access to wormcast, use it! Put those clean roots into it (rather, soil mixed with it), and they will find their feet again in no time. If you can get a few red wriggler worms (a local compost heap, about three inches down), Great! drop a few in each pot and let them work their magic in-situ.

"en-joy" is two words.
