Any way to separate 2 leaves stuck together?

alright so i have this plant that has 2 leaves stuck together. I don't want to have it splitting in a Y shape. Here is how it looks.

If i cut it in two will it start a new node?

Yo Sniper,

Welcome to the City. I don't think cutting it will produce a new node because it is just a fan leaf stuck together. I would just leave it alone. It should not effect the outcome of the bud.

i'd leave it alone. i've had some pretty "mutated" looking leaves before and all turned out ok.
