Yellow Spots (pics)

Ok someone please help I need to solve this one quickly before it gets out of hand. This is my first successful grow and I dont want to lose them because they've come so far already. I'm on day 11 of my plants and their starting to show yellow spots. The spots start out as just yellow colored spots but then end up looking like something took a bite out of it or like a crater. So far it's only on the oldest leaves of the plants and it starts at the tips but now it's starting to show all over the two oldest leaves of four of my plants. I've ruled out bugs because I cant see them with my magnifying glass, I dont think its nute burn because the plants that have it are in nute free soil (come to think of it, the two that started in miracle gro soil and were transplanted as seeds are not yellowing yet), I dont think their being burned since their under CFL's right now and the biggest bulb is 42 watts and the leaves that are yellowing arent even that close to the bulb, I dont think this is something water would cause either. This feels like wildfire I want to put this out quickly please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

the leaves look bloated, like too much water, and they need more lite! they are streching pretty bad, thats a couple of major issues correct them and see how they do.

Thanks man, I'll work on the over watering thing. I just put up the mylar today and I added four 4-foot long fluro shop lights to them. I hope that works until I transplant them to their 4 gallon containers.
