soil bugs

ok i watered the other day and i noticed these tiny tiny little white bugs and the more i looked the more i saw them. there was a good thousand at least. they arent on the plants at all but their all in the dirt, they are white to almost creamy w a red tint. at first i thought i freaked and thought they were lice or ticks or something but looking online i didnt see any pics that matched. i saw these things once before but it was back in veg like week 3 the soil was very dry but after i swatered they seemed to disappear. if anyone knows what these may be or how to get rid of them please drop a line.

yea i dont know what those little flying white things are, i had some on my plants a month ago, killed the ones i saw watered the plants then moved them to the other side of the backyard. didnt seem to hurt my plants much, but then again i havent seen the little buggers since. if theyre landing on the plant and you cant get rid of them you might wanna use spanish flys recipe or some other kind of pesticide

My growroom is active since saturday only. I think they come from outside...my growroom is near a window that have "climbing plant" in it. I've seen 4-5 to date and killed them all. I will buy a sticky spiral for the bugs they will stick on it very easy (they are very venerable with all this wind in there).

a+

nah man, mine dont fly they just crawl. not fast or anything dont seem to bother the plant. i dont want to use any chemicals or anything that could be tasted in the bud because its so close tobeing done. its week 10 if the bugs could only have held off for a few more weeks.

Make up a really weak water/soap solution. Like a litre of water with just a few drops of detergent. Shake it up and spray a light covering on the top of your soil. Dont spray the plant, no-one wants a mouldy bud! The soap solution breaks the surface tension of the water thus drowing the little buggers. Do it just before your lights go out - less chance of it evaporating too quickly. Should help to control the pests without compromising your smoke.
