Hey, I have a few seedlings about 1 1/2 weeks old and was wondering, if the top comes off the plant from outdoor growing conditions, but the stem and roots are still in the ground; What should I do? Or is there no chance of it growing back? Thanks.

Simple put, it can't and won't survive. It's like if I cut your head off and hoped you'd survive because you still have a body and feet, lol. Sorry...
