3 weeks into flowering, now trouble starts

Well, things were going smoothly up untill about a week ago.. plants were turning a pale green.. I hadn't flushed them for along time, so I gave them a flush.. (bad idea) So.. now after the flush, and 3 days or so.. this is what they look like. Both plants have the same symptoms but this one looks worse. I have them each under their own 250w hps. Here are the pics, first pic is an overview, 2nd and 3rd and leafs. They are in 4gal pots, maybe a little under, and the soil is sunshine mix #4. This has happened for 2 grows now!

Well I just fertilized them today.. so we will see. I thought because of the spots it could be salt build up.. so I flushed.. and it got worse.. I did foilage feed them, right after I gave them the flush, I knew they were lacking N but, I don't know what the black spots are.. I thought N def. was just yellowing.. not yellowing with spots. thanx for the reply.. and other suggestions?

Booyah,
Do what stitch says. She is a sick plants expert. You have classic N deficiency early in flower. Happens to mine all the time.
