Well, ever since my "No Fap February" thread failed epically, i've been thinking... what if i took it the other direction? each session counts only if you cum. it doesnt matter what technique you use, as long as there's splooge at the end of it. sex does not count however. handjobs, footjobs (you sick fuck lol), blowjobs, all do not count as a cumming.
