Well, I had the same situation, my bfs parents absolutely hating me, and it put ALOT of stress on our relationship. It honestly was one of things ultimately that ended an almost 2 year relationship.
So, my advice is to just stay close to her, keep the love strong and try not to offend her about her parents. B/c, as much as they hate you, or theres mutual hate, theyre still her parents.
And who knows, maybe one day things can change.
You have a child together, so thats the main thing you should worry about. As long as your together and happy, and your supporting your child, lifes good man.
And I think people should get married when theyre ready. A kid should not be the main reason for marriage. Go at your own pace and if its meant to be, it will.
