Attitude selling fake genetics?

Saw this on another cannabis forum online - anyone else hear this?

"Attitude got caught red handed shipping non-DJ Short genetics to customers who'd ordered DJ Short strains. DJ Short, on his site stated he never ever distributed seeds to Attitude seeds.

More recently Dr. Greenthumb seeds went on line to state that they never distributed their Cindy 99 to Attitude seeds, yet days after High Times listed Greenthumb's C99 on their top 10 strains from 2009, Attitude had Greenthumb's c99 for sale on their site.

Online there are hundreds if not thousands of complaints about Attitudes hermy genetics. No matter where they are supposed to come from Attitude has been caught making substitutions for name brand seeds like DJ Shorts.

Additionally, Attitude keeps a database of customers names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses that at one point was exposed to risk when they were busted"

I just bought some beans from attitude, came in the original growers pack seal of quality still in place. Not saying its not true, just saying my experiance with them has been good.

Did you order any DJ Shorts or Dr. Greenthumb strains from Attitude??

I also read on another forum that DJ offered to replace the beans, via attitude
ONLY to protect his name and ONLY till all orders are replaced.

I've been in contact with Attitude a lot in the last few weeks, helping another member try and get some justice regarding their shipping guarantee. I'm in the shipping business. After many emails back and forth, I have no issue stating publicly that they are very well aware of the fact that they offer a guarantee on a service that has no recourse as to following through with this guarantee. It's just another ploy to get you to spend another $9. If your beans don't come and you paid for anything LESS than "signature required" (and who does that? noone) you WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.( they cleverly lead you to think you will)

The policy is very misleading but they really don't care. Like I said, I pointed out this conundrum even offered solutions (I never mentioned the company I work for, not a ploy for business, just offered possible solutions)

They stopped replying. JUST like they do to their customers when there is an issue.

Lots of places ship to the states now, no need to continue supporting a company that could care less about their customers.

old news..... ASB announced publicly on thier site .. aka on the DJ short selection page the mix up , and the fix .. they re-sent everyone thier beans ( that contacted em about it )..ands btw it was a supplier that did the fake out not ASB.

Frankly I don't believe Attitude's "story". Why would a seed bank go through a seed "distributor"? They would deal directly with DJ Short (and all other breeders whose seeds they sell).

well I guess it is a good thing you only order from Highgrade seeds then, is it not ?
look all seed banks use a broker been that way from Emery all the way to the Attitude....

and of course You MrCaligrower , have the right to belive anything you want to ....even the fairy tales.

Only ones here who believe in fairy tales are those who don't want to believe the truth. There are no seed "distributors" Wharfie. It is clear to me that Attitude seedbank is or was selling fake seeds and trying to blame a non existent mystery seed "distributor".
