If I'm understanding this correctly If your a Medical Cannabis card holder and can grow legally you can still be busted for ordering seeds VIA the Internet?If so thats messed-up.I can go to a Collective and get clones or seeds but still there are strains out there I would like to get my hands on for future grows.Guess perhaps I can see if perhaps they could order these strains for me,sounds like the safest bet.Anyone have an opinion on my thoughts.

One won't get busted for ordering seeds over the internet IF safety rules have been respected...seeds generally are being seized instead.

I've never ordered seeds but have been considering it. What if you used a pre-paid card from Wal-Mart or etc., used a computer that is not linked to my address and sent the seeds to my address but with my neighbors name instead of my own? If anything ever happened with the cops or feds (which I know is very unlikely), I could just say this isn't my mail but would that work? Or is that a bad idea?

The seeds are sold as "souvenirs only" & come in discreet packaging. Trust me, you have a better chance of winning the lottery opposed to being caught for ordering cannabis seeds. I only order my seeds through these guys, I've tried others...

So if they do find the seeds in the package with your address on it, wat is most likely going to happen? Can they go to my house and search the place. I would rather have them not go to my house at all because i just turned 18 and still live with my ma.

hey i got a question..instead of using a debit or credit card..could you not instead just send cash? i need good quality seeds really bad..but not bad enough that i want the ky state police knocking on my door..seriously...all i have is a po box..and a debit card..do you guys think that i will be ok?

I would think that sending cash or blank money order would be safer then using a CC since all CC companys sell there info to data mining companys it wouldnt take the feds to long to figure things out.I would have the package sent to a PO or maybe someone that could accept the package and not ask to many questions or worse open it.I would also either use wifi if a signal is available and long to someone eles network or even go to kinkos when placing the order online.I dont even surf this site under my own connection.This is probably a little bit more effort then most people are willing to go through but Im very cautious.

Another possible option - general delivery. Never done it, but can't see why it wouldn't work well for the extra paranoid crowd.

I've had many packages (all legit) sent general delivery to post offices when I'm on the road. Yes, they ask for ID. No, they don't record anything from your ID - they simply glance at the pic to make sure it's you. To keep off the RADAR and mess up any databases a bit more...mis-spell your name on the shipping address portion of the order. USPS clerk probably won't even notice, but if they do, they'll write it off as a typo by the shipper.

/i wish that was true...ive ordered from canada(marc emery) 2 times while stationed on a naval ship an both were delivered, then i made like 4 orders(seed boutique---attitude and another im forgetting(rhino??) and at least 1 maybe 2 got nabbed. i forget cuz i smoke and do a data dump reglularly.
but yah got the letter. got really nervous. nothing has happened yet. not to say nothing will happen tho....

there was a couple up north...a doc and his sick wife who got busted by ordering but i wana say they prob. ordered a good deal of seeds....and they had a decent sized grow op..

my question now is how many do yall(LEAPFROG) think is a lot, or enough to make that agent go hmm think ill walk this one up??? i recently made 2 orders doc n att. and both were for roughly 30 seeds each....is that a lot?
i always get nervous ordering more so than growing...cuz i tell no one about it(growing), but there are many more scary scenarios when ordering seeds....just my opinion tho

It's best to be paranoid when in my state I can get anywhere from 5-30 from growing a single plant. Or 30 days for a seed. It's fucking ridiculous, I mean they let rapists off easier than a college kid who had his grow op busted
