Best strains to grow under low wattage hps (250W)

Looking for advise here on what are the best strains to grow under low wattage hps lamp (250W hps) yield/potency-wise .

Looking for an (mostly or 100%) indica strain that would be best suited for Hydro (DWC) and 1-2 plants SCROG style.

I'd like to here specialy from you folks how have grown under similar conditions with good results but anyone is welcome to chime in and give his 2cents.

Strain and Breeder if posible would be greatly apreciate

It really would not matter as to what strain you grow. What is important is that you build the cab or grow area in a manner that the 250 HPs can cover w/ giving at least 30 watts per sq ft, 40 would be better. The strain really does not play a role, for any strain will grow well as long as the conditions are good.

100 watts per plant is what you want, so doing 2 would be optimal... if your looking for a high yielding Indica.... look at Northern Lights #5.

Here is a link to calculate proper lighting. 40 watts per sg ft is optimal, it is said that 60 watts per sq ft should be the max.
