Contrary popular opinion it doesn't work like above:

Without even having to get technical here ordering seeds with a CC is perfectly safe (besides the obvious general fraud risk on any CC purchase)

CC billing statements show gift shops etc. as for the charging place. and not a MJ seed company.

Your seed order is shipped to a safe address, with a fake name in the address field. Read this forum what that is about.

Then your seeds either (likely) make it to your address or get seized. If they get seized they are gone, nothing else.

If they make it and you get caught growing tracing back where the seeds came from will be your very least worry, if one at all.
And if one in a million % the source of seeds becomes a subject...whether ordered from the internet or gotten from someone here in the US...either way is illegal.

So I guess ordering to your own crib really isn't a bad idea. I mean if customs doesn't seize them it's not like they're going to go "lets let him grow then we'll bust him" How would police even be able to know what is being shipped to your house. In my opinion I might order to my own crib next time. What's the worse that could happen? My order gets seized I get no seeds. Now if I order seeds to my house it will look like nothing because it will be a shirt. My current order is being sent to a close freinds house.

You could but I don't recommend it.

Your order could come across some nosy ass officer who thinks he needs to establish an example and notifies local authority's in your area to pay you a visit - maybe in a few months, after plants from those seeds have been established - and you're f'ed.

Always mail to an address where nobody grows - period!

Oh yeah and one more thing I keep telling people because it is one of the most essential and hardest things to pay attention to:

Nobody else knows about me growing except my close freind who is having the seeds deliverd to his house. I would have had them deliver to my house but was too scared about it. I even told my friend that I wasn't even going to grow for some time. I do see your point LeapFrog I agree 100% with you but I wanted to get seeds safely. How do you set up a po box? it might have been posted in the past but im lazy and dont want to look through it all

Also I have heard that now is a good time to mail in for seeds due to the heavy mail thru the holidays they are less like to search your packge for stuff. Is this true?

Thats not a hard one to figure out with all the military men and women over seas as well as relatives in other countries and christmas season here, then there will be a large increase of packages being sent back and forth and even with stepped up man power for holiday seasons by Mail services and customs , the odds will be more in your favor yes......although the times it takes to get your orders will also be longer because of this as well....but more secure probably or at least more easily over looked......good luck

My seeds from Attitude came today im so happy! Now I can start growin some great strains. Stealthy packaging. will definately order from them again. Mailed in a cash order on Halloween and came today.

I told ya man, Attitude is GREAT!! I highly recommend them to any grower epically us growers in the USA.

Well Attitude E-mailed me an said my seeds were delivered to the wrong address .. I wonder if they forworded them to the previous occupants new address cause thats whos last name I used to ship under ....An If they Got them ...What did they keep them..... or open the package, an notify the athorities .... I wonder will ther be an invoice in there with a t-shirt with my real name on it ..An attitude didn't say they had it returned they offered to resend my order this one time ...But , If my info is in the other package then I'm F--ked any how Dankstar 99 was there an invoice in yours ??????
