Nirvana Seeds -- Worst Experience Ever -- STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I just wanted to inform the community about what a terrible experience I had dealing with these people. I ordered 5 feminized PPP seeds. When the package arrived I was pumped, since I have been growing for awhile, but my luck has always been shit in terms of getting female plants, so I decided to give fem. seeds a go around.

The seeds were about 50 bucks or so, which isn't terrible, but not something I like to waste. Who likes to waste money?
Anyway, the package arrived and inside were a pair of gardening gloves. That's it. Just gloves, and no seeds. I frantically searched the package, checking for the precious seeds I had paid for and saw nothing. No seeds. I emailed nirvana saying this, that there were no seeds at all in the package.

The email nirvana sent back said, "check inside the gloves."

That's it. I emailed back stating that they need to take time and read the email I originally sent. I then re-explained that there were NO seeds at all that were sent to me. Just gloves. It has been two days since I sent that email. I re-sent that email after a day, because nirvana WAS responding to me roughly every 8 or so hours, but as soon as I said there were no seeds in the package at all, I guess that I didn't matter to them anymore because they had my money.

It is now the third day with no response. I sent a final email to them stating I want my money back or the seeds that I ordered.

This is complete bullshit. Does anyone know my rights as far as going for a chargeback on my credit card or anything of that nature? If so, feel free to reply.

I also highly discourage anyone from buying from nirvana since they obviously don't care about their customer or their product / image. Stay away from nirvana.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune but if you read around on this site or did before you ordered(I dunno if you did or not) you would have known that you aren't the first person to be upset and get nothing. Moral of the story, you're never 100% certain that you will get what you ordered on time, or ever. Aswell you can complain to them about getting your money back but I highly doubt it will happen, and you can't exactly get the law involved seeing as you were ordering illegal seeds(i'm assuming you're from a place it's illegal seeing as they probably got intercepted) but I wouldn't hold this against these seed bank per say, as i'm sure many ppl will tell you on this site it's happened to every seed bank once. just try again i'm sure you're luck will be better.

It could have been an oversight on their part. A calm, reasonable sounding email explaining perhaps that you turned the gloves inside-out, inspected the seams, and found nothing might get better results than accusations and threats.

Everyone makes mistakes occasionally. A calm, reasonable inquiry explaining your actions and disappointment may get better results. You want them to remember what was happening the day your parcel was sent. (include post date in your email) Was that the day they found an unexplained packet of seeds and didn't know if it was an extra, or one that didn't get shipped?

Best of luck,

Gene

Try and work with them. After that... call your credit card company and do a charge back. Tell them that you ordered garden seeds from an international company and they didn't deliver and will not give you your money back. On your credit card I'm sure it doesn't come up "Nirvana MJ Seeds". So don't give any more info then you need to. The credit card will give you your money back instantly. I've done it before.

Besides, If you theaten Nirvana with a charge back, I'm sure they'll help you right away. A charge back would be VERY bad for them. Not only can they loose their credit merchant account after just a few complaints but if you live in the United States they won't want the unwanted attention.

I never had any problem with Nirvana and they are probably the most popular seedbank on the net because of their low prices. But I have never ordered from them directly, I order their seeds through a re-seller because of the freebies he offers. My 5 freebie seeds were worth more than the 10 Nirvana seeds I bought, lol.

I'm going to speak with my CC card company today to perform a chargeback. Every email I sent was calm and collected. I never swore or demanded anything, and always ended it with, "I hope this situation gets fixed, thank you for your time." I have tried being polite and that has gotten me nowhere--I even refrained from mentioning that I would chargeback if the problem didn't get solved, as I didn't want to seem as though I was threatening them. Since I posted this I've sent 1 or 2 more emails, and received 0 replies. It is time to get my money back.

Really sad that this is the kind of customer service they have. I thought I had read somewhere that their site was a decent one to order from, but I guess not. At the very least I expected an email saying something like, "We're sorry but we can't be held accountable for lost seeds in the mail" or some other fluff, but to give no reply at all--that really is just a "Thanks for your money now go away" kind of impression.

I wouldn't worry. They are generally reliable. Note that nirvana-shop is not the breeder, hence the prices.

Good luck,

Gene

I've seen people say that the seeds may be well-concealed within the gloves. Look VERY carefully.

I do not doubt any of these posts but I have heard NIRVANA highly reccomended by others not even on this forum....I have never ordered from Nirvana but I will take this thread into consideration since I was going to get something simple from them.....Besides Nirvana I have had great luck with other seed companies...?????...they seemed very proffesional and thorough.....

I don't know what to say.......??????But I find this interesting...

I ordered 10 Big Bud seeds from Nirvana, and they came inside the glove. All 10 of them germinated as well, and are currently seedlings. I would highly recommend Nirvana and actually plan to order more from them in the future.
