please read only if you have used a visa gift card
most sites that deliver worldwide accept credit card payments....i have a safe address to send to but i dont want to use my credit card....i prepaid visa is the logical solution however all the seedbanks need to ship to the same address that the card is billed tooo....people say they uses prepaid visa gift cards but what do you input for your 'billing address'??

i think you just put your name when you buy the cards say your name is mary jane and give the address you were going to send it to as your home address. Most online stores you need to send to same as billing especially if its over a certain amount.
