How do you hide the fact that you are .....

Hello,
I am new here and would like to ask a question. I am doing some research about how others hide the fact that they are stoners.

I have been smoking for about 10 years and just had a new baby about 5 months ago. I never really hid the fact that I smoked before.

Now that I have a baby I really have to be more careful. The last thing in the world I would want is my baby to get taken from us.

So the question I have for you all. How do you cover up the smell, red eyes, ect... from smoking one? The biggest part that scares me is the smell when smoking. I can always say im tired or something.

3. DONT SMOKE AND DRIVE (or smoke in public)

if your an adult with a child and you get caught token in public you might lose your kid. so best advice is... stay home and toke up

i have 2 kids man, its hard to quit, kids = stress, but the rewards are tremendous......trust me, and congrats....

I definitely don't look like a stoner or a drug user and I have been smoking weed for 10 years. When I go to work, I don't let anyone know that I smoke. Before work, I dress nice, come my hair, brush teeth, etc. so no one gets suspicious. One day during my lunch break I brought my bowl to work and stepped out side in my smoking area to toke up, someone supposedly ratted me out and I had to take a drug test about a week later. I passed it successfully because of the drug test solution drink I bought from my local head shop.

I just stopped caring, but thats because I smoke everyday so whenever someone meets me I am already stoned and acting a certain way. I guess if you smoke one day then not the next and then smoke again and people see you acting differently then they might notice.

Consistency in your smoking routine is the best advice to not worry about people I think. (only if you smoke and are still able to get stuff done)

The best way Ive found to cover smell is a sploof. Fabric sheets stuffed down a TP roll works awesome. Also visine works wonders for me. Never ever drive and smoke. And if child is with you keep the amount of marijuana you have on you down to a minimum. Im talking less than 5g cause if you ever did get busted a small amount is what you wanna have on you that way you get to keep your child. Congrats and good luck, being smart about smoking man and you'll be good.

Sounds to me like you have to make a serious lifestyle change, if you aren't willing to give up smoking for your kid or even cut down then maybe you shouldn't have had one till you got your priorities straight

If I am going out and public, I really dont care what I look like as long as I dont have anything on me. I can reek like weed and have full red eyes but they cant really do anything If I dont have anything on me. If I am going to be carrying something on me, I rarely do anything drastic, maybe just a spray of that axe crap and some eye drops. I can play it pretty cool, and have never been accused of being high.

Did you really read the first post.....

I don't think they were talking about not being able to be responsible with there kid-but more or less asking how to keep people (other adults) from knowing they smoke.

The main thing is to be safe from the cops. The government isn't taking your kid from you unless the mom unleashes a river of bullshit/tears (which happens a lot), or you get arrested. Civilians don't matter. They're irritating and stupid, but they won't arrest you.

So, follow the same basic rules you use to not get arrested. If you want to play it safe, just smoke at home, inside the house. Don't let any of the smell make it outside. Last, don't let cops into your house unless they have a signed warrant. That's the safest way to do it.

Of course, no one wants to be a hermit and just get stoned and stay home all day. So, here's some rules for the road:

1 - The safest place away from your home to smoke is on foot. Always. It's easier to ditch something if a cop walks up to you. You'll SEE a cop walk up to you, whereas in a car you could easily miss a cop that happens to be in your blind spot. Plus, the smell won't be as noticeable around you. Lastly, a cop is less likely to be interested in you. Cars=Cop Magnets. Cops patrol the roads. They don't patrol bike paths inside a park. They don't patrol empty baseball fields or basketball courts. Cops don't patrol benches. See what I mean?

2 - If you smoke and drive, DRIVE. Don't park. It may seem safe to park in an empty area, but really you're just being suspicious. When cops see a car parked alone for a few minutes with people in it, they instantly know they have to check it out. Drugs are the first thought that come to their mind, especially pot, because stoners always just park and smoke, and people like to park and sell all kinds of drugs. If you're driving around smoking a blunt, for all anyone knows it could be a cigar. Just make sure your windows aren't rolled down when a cop pulls up next to you at a red light!

3 - Just spray some Axe or other body spray on your clothes before you go inside somewhere, and leave anything illegal in the car. Then you're good to go!
