Niacin didnt Work, and ive only got 8 days

I have a Court date on July 27th and they might test me then. I tried taking niacin in the past but it never makes me red and sweaty and what not so im afraid it doesnt work for me. Is it normal for it to just not work for some people because i had the 500mg NOT time release from the GNC at my mall.

I bought a big pack of Arizona Green Tea because ive read that green tea speeds up your metabolism (is this green tea ok?) and have been drinking a bottle of that a day along with 3-5 bottles of water. (not unusual i always drink water). I plan on getting a bunch of crannberry juice very soon also.

I have adderall and LOVE using it recreationally and over my last two days of not smoking i think i went through 100mg and before those two days i was still smoking but taking my prescribed dose and i dont remember but i might have used it recreationally once or twice in the recent past. So i think that should help with my metabolism atleast a little bit.

I have B-complex Mult-vitamins with:
Vitamin B1 50mg
Vitamin B2 50mg
Vitamin B6 50mg
Folic Acid 400mg
Vitamin B12 50mg
Patothenic Acid 50mg... Should i take one of these pills everyday from now up through my court date, or just the 3 days before then on my court date, or just one or two right before it?

I plan on diluting the night and morning of my test and i know this will lower my creatine levels. So i plan on eating lots of red meat for 3 days before the test and maybe a nice steak or a rockstar energy drink for breakfast the day of the test. Is it possible to have too high of a level of creatine because i dont want to over do it.

Im 5 feet 3/4in and 130lbs and the last time i had my body fat percentage checked it was like 5% so im pretty sure i have a fast metabolism. I walked for an hour today on a treadmill at a very fast walking pace. The fastest you can go is 10 and i was walking at 4.8 (sweat my balls off by the end of it). I plan on doing this atleast once a day.

Including today i have 8 days and i really wanna know if theres anything more i can do to make sure im clean by then! and if you fellas think that im gonna make it. I know it sounds like im going to alot of trouble but i wasnt arrested for anything drug related and want to make sure i keep my drug use SEPARATE from the court system.

yeah, i think since you werent arrested for anything drug related, they might not even UA you. But it sounds like if you keep it up you'll be ok. You gotta take a shitload of niacin too, but drinking water and what you are doing now sounds like its gonna work fine.

Too much niacin can cause serious liver damage, so you don't want to overdo it.

Eat 1 pill with a light meal (a sandwich or something) twice a day, and try breaking the pill in half so it gets digested and absorbed easier. Also rinse it down with pleanty of water.

Don't eat any niacin the day before your test, or the day of your test, but keep up with the water.

Other than that, you're on the right track

yellow piss also means your getting nutrients you need i beleive....



and for the original thread maker umm... if its just a court date your prolly not going to get an uds, but i wouldnt chug alot of water the morning of your court date.... but thats just me

what were you arrested for? I know in IL, if you don't have a drug charge, they cannot drug test you.

Wrong. Niacin is primarily used by the body for energy metabolism (breaking down carbohydrates into energy). When you take large doses of niacin, you're basically just aiding your metabolism, and it's really your body that "flushes" itself of all the incriminating evidence.

Niacin is also known as B-3. B-vitamins help color your piss yellow. So, you're right that niacin colors your piss yellow, but you're wrong on the other end; it does help "flush" your system.

By the way, the darker your piss is, the more excess stuff your body is getting rid of. That's why your piss gets dark when you take extra vitamins, or after you're sick.

To the original poster, I'd say you're going to be fine.

#1 - They probably aren't going to give you a drug test, but I don't know what the charges are so I can't say for sure
#2 - Even if they tested you, I bet you'll pass. It sounds like you're going all-out on this. Keep up with your plans and you'll be straight.
#3 - There couldn't be any serious consequences even if they tested you and you failed. There is no legislation that makes it illegal to have THC metabolites (or remnants of any other drugs, for that matter) in your system. If your court date is for a serious traffic offense or something though, they could suspend or revoke your license, but they can pretty much do that if you look at the judge the wrong way or if your socks don't match.

They could get you with possession still... There was a thread about this not too long back. It's called "Internal Possession." If there's THC metabolites in your piss, you are technically in possession.

Why do you have to appear in court? If it's just for a traffic violation, just plead guilty and take the ticket. They won't hit you with a DT or anything. If you're going for something more serious... You should be alright as far as the UT's are concerned.

Yeah, I've seen the threads, and heard the stories, but I don't believe it. I'm yet to see any piece of legislation that makes it illegal to have the THC metabolites in your system. All I've seen is laws making it illegal to possess marijuana. I've never even seen any law against tetrahydrocannabinol - everything stops at the term 'marijuana.'

If memory serves some bits do mention thc exactly..but THC in it's untouched form (before it decays before it gets smoked before everything basically) not thc once it's been absorbed by the body.

The chemical byproducts of thc making you high aren't illegal just a means of testing if you've recently broken supervision/ect.

So if you say forced your kid to get a test it's not like they can lock him up for having the byproduct of a previous high in his system unless he's already been caught with actual mj and has to take dt's and all that. If it's got nothing to do with it..just a matter of the judge being a twat or not as someone already said.
