smoking and usage

Ok its april 20 right now and i will probably have to get a DT around may 20. right now i have a bottle of 100mg not time release niacon. my question is when should i start taking the pills daily and how many should i take and also how often should i take them? Also any other addvice would be good to thanks.

P.S. i think i might be getting a 500mg bottle of niacon but should i get it time release or not? also what does time release mean?

hey there man i got my LAST pee test on the 20th!!! and i GET OUT OF SCHOOL on the 20TH!!!!

but yeah if you take two to three a day until like 1 or 2 days before the test then i think you should be fine...some of the more technical ppl can explain it

yes you start to take niacin about the week before the test.......and stop smoking now........you will be clean no problems.........cranberry juice to help you piss.......get some good excercise.........take a month off from the ganj......

heh, if you stop smoking now, you don't really have to do anything. i'll tell you to exercise, but thats just because it's a good habit =)
