My question is to all you seasoned tokers and none seasoned tokers when you first started smoking MJ how did you do it: What i mean is what method did you use. My friends and I when we started smoking used a Pop Can, now that we are smarter we dont use that anymore. Now i just roll Blunts or Joints or we use the water bong we bought.

So please post what you started using and what you use now?

I started smoking in school, so my first toke was on a joint. I actually didn't start bong smoking till a couple of years ago. Now I will never go back to anything but...

Except when I am travelling and I'll take along my glass pipe. So much better than a joint.

my first hit of mj was on a homemade but very effective bowl, i didnt get high, my next hit of mj (about a year later) was on a glass pipe.(didnt get high) my next hit of mj (about 1 week later) was on my handcarved pipe(didnt get high) my next bowl of mj(about 1 day later) was on my handcarved pipe, (i got high off my ass)

It was probably out of my friends glass bowl but I didnt get high... When I started smoking on my own I used a water bottle bong made with a bottle, a pen, and tin foil.

Oh, the good old days...how I miss thee. Well, maybe not. I had crafted an aluminum pipe which i toted along with me as would many of you with your glass pieces. I was happy (as were my lungs) when my g/f obtained a real piece. I've since purchased a sherlock bubbler and a nice roller. Been clean of aluminum ever since.

Me and a friend went halfs on a 20. Got 5 joints rolled by a friends brother and smoked one every day for a week. We both got fucked up.

For the first year and a half all we smoked was joints. Just roll em up and
pass em around. Then one day my brother got a metal hand pipe and it was
so much more convenient.

haha I was and am still such a geek. In the begining I was only around joints. I remember the first time I tried to use glass pipe. I couldn't figure out the carburetor for shit. It just makes me laugh thinking about it. One time we took the back of the toilet off and put some foil on top and duck taped it down. Then we made a little bowl to go in the middle of it and poked a straw into it. We put another hole for the carburetor. lol It worked great, but god that is so weird. I have no idea why we chose the toilet over a can or plastic bottle...

my first toke was off of a j. and believe it or not, I got stoned. and went bowling. I still smoke the js to this day, but more often than not, there's a pipe going around.

THE CAN, NO NOT THE CAN! Hahaha, yah thats it I started out with gold ol' 12 oz. Pepsi can. No shame though you have to start somewhere. And hey my first time was with a can and about 300 matches, not an overstatement there. But I got blazed as fuck, seemed like I was in a movie or something, and it was sprinkling out and fucking shit guys just seemed like slow motion to fucking hell.

Blunt, man oh man. Blunts have to be my favorite as well. My brother used to roll 1/4 Oz blunts, damn he said he got so high. I've never personally rolled quite that big of a blunt, but I sure as hell will. Anyways for me its a good ol' Phillie or any flavor Swisher.
