ok this may sound retarded but ive found that when i go on my computer stoned i turn my brightness right down, and then when im sober i turn it back up again, how about you?

atm im sitting in a dark room with my laptop screen turned right down in brightness (sad act)

i hear if your on the comp alot at night and stuff your backround should be just black so your eyesight doesnt get messed up
