i've been diluting for about 36 hours prior to saturday but couldn't resist lighting up a few, i started back last nite and will continue until 2moro's test ... i've drank about 7 or 8 gallons of water and popped about 1000mg of niacin a day + some multivitamins within that period .. today i plan on eating pretty well, drinking about another 10 gallons + 1000mg of niacin/multivitamin and tomorrow follow up with some gatorade, green tea, monsters, and the total eclipse drink from GNC ... should i have any concerns and does any1 think this is overkill?

I would say yes maybe overkill. To much water will make urine too clean Plus Niacin is traceable in your system and if its Time release it wont work very well anyways.

yup ... about a gallon every hour and a half to 2 hours ... didn't feel too bad, just pissed and had the runs a little but after awhile everything was straight fluids ... i used the time release only 1st thing in the am and b4 i went 2 bed, i used reg 100mg tabs thru the day ... didm't matter a tall tho, the nite b4 my test i couldn't sleep n just decided to sub, returned the total eclipse first thing in the am, collected some piss and blazed up ... i ran the bottle and rubber glove under hot water about 5 mins then put them in my crotch ... def THE most uncomfortable thing i've ever done ... i had on 2 pairs of boxer briefs and turned on the seat heater ... took my test and that was it ...

btw, they keep it cool in these places especially because its warm out if ur gonna sub keep it very very warm, as warm as possible for as long as possible .. also if using a small bottle try taking a runner glove, tie 4 fingers so only the thumb remains fill it a little also then tie it off completely (when the time comes use something sharp to poke a hole, i used my earring), i did it as a precaution and was very glad i did, bcuz what i had in the glove was just enough for the sample after the bottle was empty

Had 2 freinds fail recently using different detox/flush methods. One failed for his results comming back dilluted, i only use synthetic urine and have not failed this way(twice passed very recently). Labs are getting more aggressive in booting dilluted samples which will fail you for this result. They used to give u a 2nd shot-but no more. I really like the fact that i do'nt have to alter my lifestyle either....

Hey everyone, I have a drug test coming up this monday and Im pretty nervous. I start the job on monday but they have me do a drug test, so Im hoping it is a urine test.(it probably is right?)

Well, the last time I smoked was on april 27, and the time before that, 4/20. and maybe a tiny bit before then. Each time was 1 joint shared between 3-5 people. So I only had a few pulls(pretty big) each time.

So Im freaking out now and started drinking mad water and bought cranberry extract pills, and also taking a multivitamin for B vitamins. Im pretty much drinking atleast 8-10 cups of water a day along with 3 pills about 2-3 times a day. The day of the test will be exactly 3 weeks from the last time i smoked.

Do you think I would be clean even if I didnt do anything? Im going to buy a detox drink from GNC for the day of the test for extra insurance.
