wut up grass city. I have a drug test in about 10 days and i have been clean for about 6. i have quit for this job after being a pretty habitual multiple time per day smoker for about a year. what i want to know is if I boost my metabolism, drink plenty of fluids and use a well-known detox drink do i have any chance of passing? this is my first drug test as this is this is my first job to require it. I am a pretty big boy about 5'11 250, any help would be greatly be appreciated!! stay high for me grass city -smokah

sooo THATS why creatine monohydrate was a main ingredient in almost every detox drink i looked at. low levels of it indicate dilution! good thing i still have a near full bottle of creatine powder from my weightlifting days. the other ingredient was always riboflavin (vitamin B2), and then trace amounts of herbal stuff like licorice root, rose hips, alfalfa, that kinda stuff whoever said you could get a bottle of niacin, a bottle of cranberry extract, and whatever else all for $10... thats BULLSHIT! each bottle is around 8-12, where im from anyway, making the total about the cost of 1 pre-mixed detox drink. the difference? these bottles have many many pills and would last through many drug tests. i dont really have the money to go out and buy specific vits aside from what i already have, and cant really buy a home test kit either, so i want to be sure im good to go when i go in for my test. i wont have the money for that stuff until March 7, but i'd like to be tested and have plans made before that as i am currently living at an aunt and uncles, and im sure they want me out ASAP as well. *** does anyone know about the canadian military, and if they are as strict as the US military in terms of their 0 ng/ml limit? *** i have been smoke-free for 3 full days (had 1 little hoot of a roach today, shouldnt be hard to get rid of), and have quit all-day smoking since Feb. 15. I know this isnt exactly what was posted originally, but again, i cannot afford to purchase the listed items, and need to get this all going so i can get out of here and do something with my life!!!!! can someone give some advice, or maybe a timeline, when i should be ready to go in for a test? If the canadian military is anything like the US military (which i already know its not), then i need to be at 0 ng/ml. HELP.... PLEEEAAASE! and thanks! ![]() EDIT: ahhhh i am worried to death about this thing.... i know this all gets repetitive for the long-time GC members and big shots, but i've never had to take a drug test before and i reallyyyyyy really really need to pass this one. the worst part is not being able to smoke throughout all of this, and especially being broke so i cant do anything else either!!! would an expert or someone with lots of experience please review my case and tell me whats up? thanks!!!! i passed
hey friends on grasscity, i just wanted to tell everyone that i passed yesterday and am really friggen happy!!! i had one other question though, after i took the test the test lady told me the results right then and told me i was close to the cutoff mark but was still a little below. does this mean she can tell my employer that i was close to the cutoff level or, can all she say is if its a pass or fail? any help is appreciated-thanks guys

ok so I have been smoking daily for about a year now, 5'7" 155lbs, and I stopped smoking for three weeks, then i smoked everyday for 1 week but only 2-3 rips of the bowl each day, I got an interview coming up, want to know how long you guys think it would take to be clean, Ive been drinking green tea like crazy, working out an hour a day, and drinking alot of water. (does green tea work)

if its a piss test just pour a little packet of Ionized salt into your piss when you take it. I smoked a bowl and headed to the nearest McDonalds to pick up a small packet of salt and slipped it into my wallet. Went in, pissed, poured salt in, got the job.

Hey guys, read the thread, great info up here.
But I need some advice thats specific to my situation... I believe I have a drug test coming up sometime in the next month or so. Next week is my spring break, and after, I plan to quit until DT time. So my question is, can I combine some of these flushing methods with moderate smoking? Would that just be a backwards move? I will be smoking about an 1/8th of high-quality bud over the span of next week. Should I get a jump start on my Niacin + water + green tea routine next week? Another thing, should I take creatine as well to avoid dilution? I have a container of creatine which I purchased before as a work-out supplement (here is the specific brand http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hp/creatine.html). Should I take creatine the day before the test? Thank you, hope to hear some advice. P.S. I plan to detox, not mask my THC levels with some detox drink. So please keep that in mind when replying. I just took a home test and I have been smoking two weeks prior. What I did was fill most of the cup up with the toilet water and then just piss a little into the cup and I passed. I just thought I'd post this up for anyone as a last resort that works, maybe a new method?

Well I have a DT in a week or so, whenever my employer decides to send me for the test. I started my niacin/b12/water dosing today and am smokin my last bowl as I type. I got the sundown flush free niacin 500mg capsules. Im hopin that these are the right ones, they arent time released, but the "no flush" has me wondering if I should run out and get the GNC brand.
Also to note, I took the b12 and niacin with a meal and milk, and my stomach is friggin churning. Feels like someone punched me in the gut. |

DT on Wednesday...
Well, I'm getting a drug screen, which the paper work calls a "Profile 2: 5 Panel" test and I'm going to try substitution with synthetic. I've not smoked since last Wednesday, and have been drinking water (more than usual but not to excess) and Cranberry juice (first time I tried pure Cranberry juice, getting used to it now) I am 5'8", about 230 lbs. (yeah, I know, I'm fat) and haven't been that active lately. As soon as I went for the interview, I started doing pushups and lunges (hey, I gotta kick start the metabolism somehow) and have been eating less fatty foods. Tomorrow I will start eating more red meat (lots of hamburgers, minus buns) and then on the day of the test I will take aspirins and multivitamins plus drink water/green tea/sodas to add some color for it.
The reason I'm doing all of this is because I don't know if I will be asked to strip down and just wear a gown. My girlfriend's daughter was applying at WalMart and the lab she went to made her strip down, only allowing her to leave her socks on. So, I figure, if I get put in a gown, I'll just have to chance it. If I don't, it's the synthetic that goes into the cup. My question is: What would be the best synthetic to use? My understanding is that some tests can detect synthetics, but I don't know if this is true or just a myth. So, I don't mind spending a little money (the job will make up for it) now just to get past this. I would prefer to sub, but if I have to I will have been off bud for a week by the time I take the test. I hope that either way I pass. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...Oh yeah, and great thread! P.S. Recessions suck! If we weren't in a recession, I would continue being self-employed. ![]()
