so ive been clean for about 1 week and took wheat grass shots the first day of sobriety. then the last 2 nights ive been taking 200mg of niacin. the test is in a few days. i have also been drinking antioxidants alot. i weigh about 145 and my metabolism is fairly quick. oh yea, the drug test is from walgreens but the are going to send it in to some lab. any advice on what more i should do or if you think iam allready in the clear. thanks. any response will be much appreciated. Since you are using Niacin, make sure that:
1. You don't take it the day before and the day of the test. Most people say not to take it the day before, but you may be okay if you do.

2. Make sure that your Creatine levels are atleast normal, you don't want it to seem like you were flushing and it helps to get your Creatine levels up (you can either drink an energy drink before taking the test or take B-12 vitamins to give your piss some color)

This is Bullshit, I'm so fucking pissed right now! I have stopped smoking for 2 months now and I've been dtoxing so I can get a job. I grow and I harvested one of my plants. What's the deal. Does the smell from your crop put THC in your system? I even wore gloves when I was manicuring one of my ladies due to the fear that the THC would get into my pours, Fuck what's the deal? I keep failing.

Hey, so what do you guys think about this? iIve seen all these posts for smoking herb, but not hash. I make my own isohash and have smoked that on top of herb for about month straight everyday and smoked just herb for about 6 months everday straight. I quit 10 days ago and I'm 6'2, 160lbs with a 9% body fat. I've been running everyday and drinking plenty of water. Hopefully it will be out sooner rather than later. I am going to test myself monday which will mark two weeks of being totally clean. The real test is not this friday but the following one. The prelim. test is to see if drastic measures need to be taken. Do you think I have a chance in heck of passing the test I will give myself?

Alright i have a at home pee test. I was wondering if it matters what temperature the pee is and if i could smoke on 4/20 if my test is on 4/30? Like how much niacin would i have to use.

Today is Friday morning. On Monday my parents found the bowl from my gravity bong. This has been the 4th or 5th time i have been caught with paraphernalia. So they asked me when the last time I smoked was, and I said 2 or 3 weeks ago. That was a lie. I was high all weekend when i was out of town. I smoked about a gram of really dank bud the week before. Ok so they ask me since I wasn't smoking in a while if i would mind taking a drug test. I said sure, but give me one week because marijuana takes 30 days to get out of your system. So i start chugging water bottles, finished the rest of some cran-grape juice, and started researching on GC. The following day i went to the pharmacy and bought 500 mg non time release, no flush niacin. I took one with lunch, one with dinner. I did not flush or get red and hot. The next morning my mom swooped my niacin. So i keep drinking lots of water. I probably drank around 15 bottles of water. I also drank lots of beer considering its spring break. I had around 3 or 4 40s, (the only reason I am mentioning this is because I have heard that it helps). I kept drinking lots of water, then this morning i took the test and i passed it. I passed it only like 5 days after smoking some bomb bud, so this is just my experience. Let me also add that I have a fairly fast metabolism, I am about 5'10 or 5'11 and i weight between like 125-135.

I've posted in this thread previously because I thought I was f*cked when I had a drug test coming. So far I've been able to pass four corporate tests for jobs since I started blazing back in the day.

The main key that's worked for me is jacking your metabolism through the ying yang. I jus diet and exercise in a way that burns the most fat in my system.

One of the most effective ways if you're not active is to jog for 20-30 minutes in the morning right when you get up on an empty stomach. Or if you already lift weights, do a split workout by jogging early and lifting late.

I do take Niacin a couple of nights right before I sleep (500-1000mg) during "the cleanse", but I don't think Niacin alone with water will work for the chronic smoker. More so it works just to keep my metabolism boosted somewhat during sleep since your body has to work harder to get it out of you.

That's my experience with DT's. You burn it in into you, so you jus have to burn it out.

Basically i get a drug test around every two weeks. they are home tests from cvs i mean nothing special. If i fill it with colored water will it pass the test because im not being watched when im pissing? I would get a friend to piss for me but the tests are random but agian its about every two weeks. thanks for the help

if i get clean, save up some piss, and keep it will i pass dt's? otc or from a prison my mother and dad work at. i could put the cup in warm water to heat it up or something.

colored water doesnt work. thats an absolute no. save some of your friends pee... but make sure it's about body temperature when you put it in the cup. otherwise i suggest you read all through this thread. i will post my methods when i can find the file with directions.
