I'm a big guy, 6'8" and 265 I'm heavy but not like fat like DEAR GOD LOOK AT THAT BLOB. My job interview requires me to get a drug test and had it scheduled a week after the interview, I stopped the day of the interview so ill be clean for a week I also got a drug screen from a local head shop and have been drinking detox tea and water and cranberry juice like mad as well as running (haha fat man run) do I need to be worried?

I failed a substance abuse evaluation so now I have to get piss tested and have meetings. I smoked weed today, but after today I'm going clean. They know that the last time I smoked was Sunday. Is there a way I can get clean in 2-3 weeks? Just drink water and take Niacin for 2 weeks straight? Will those levels appear on the test? Thanks.

Yeah taking Niacin for even a week or week and a half would cleanse your system out. The only thing that I believe could be on the test is a lack of vitamins and minerals. Niacin burns THC out, but also burns those out. Thats where the drinking of water comes in. Drink lots of water ESPECIALLY the last week. Like I said, this is exactly how a friend and I did it so I know it works. Good luck --- Let me know if you have any more ?'s.

Thats some good advice there for those home kits they use for employment and minor infractions. Unfortunatly if u get really busted (at least here in MA) ur fucked. I had to take a piss test 4 times a week randomely and i tried everything. They send the shit to labs that really anlylize it and theres no way you can fake em. Even if u do, its called distilled and u st fail....Thank god those days are over!

Yo thanks for the advice.

I don't eat that healthy anyway, so what exactly does niacin do? Should I take vitamins along with it if it is going to be depleting my system? Also, what exactly should I get? Just a bottle of niacin? How much should I be taking daily to cleanse myself without destroying my internals?

Im not a very heavy user and after school started i hadnt smoked for a couple months but last week i smoked only to find out that i was gonna get tested for sports. Ive been doing a bunch of the stuff on here such as drinking vast quantitys of water and cranberry juice i havent got any niacin pills yet though. And im a pretty heavy guy but i think im gonna be OK, right? should i be doin anything else.

So anyone with experience, please reassure me/flame me.

I'm now in a substance abuse meetings with a counselor. My first meeting is friday. I'm in this class because I failed a substance abuse evaluation (provided by court). It's done by Region 10, a group that works with the courts I guess to provide classes, services, and obviously drug tests. My first meeting is this friday. They know that the last time I smoked pot was a week from yesterday, so even if they test me at the first meeting, I'll fail.

I was a heavy smoker and stopped because of these classes. I've been meaning to buy some niacin, but I haven't got around to it. My question is, if I smoke tonight, and they do not drug test me at the end of this week, can I take niacin and be clean for the following meeting (2 weeks I guess)? Will this niacin appear on the test? What other vitamins should I be taking along with the niacin because I know it depletes your system. So, if I smoke tonight should I be good?

Well if its to do with legality, thares nothing except NOT TO SMOKE.. they dont test if THC is in yoru urine they see what the level is, and to see if it goes up, so beascilly or to my knowlege (and i have first hand) that if u smoke after your first pist test your fucked... thats it sorry.

Beyond that all u can do is drink ALOT of water

but im about 5' 6inches. i have a fast metabolism and i work out daily. i havent smoked in about 6 months. if i smoke like one joint or so how long do you think that would take to get out of my system? thanks.

from what i hear a week.. with sime excercise and plenty of water.. vitamins to keep your metabolism up. :-) best wishes.. have fun with that joint :-)

Ok so i have a pretty big problem I got a letter in the mail from my life insurance stating that i have to get my urine and blood tested for drugs and other problems and I smoke moderatly and my question is will just taking niacin pills clean my system out and will it work on my life insurance test or do i need to just stop smoking until i get the test??

Here's my personal experience with azo standard:

1) Heard about it only here from the city, no where else.
2) Tried it, followed exactly as described.
3) Pissed various colours, it was fun to see
4) Took a home test 12 hours after, fail
5) Took a home test 24 hours after, fail
6) Took a home test 48 hours after, fail

azo standard = bunk.
