As many as possible, but no fewer than a week (imo). Stop taking the niacin a few days before the test so it doesn't show up.

Those are easy to beat. Chug a ton of water, take a multivitamin a few hours before the test (to make your piss yellow), and it should be ok. This wont work on lab tests, though, where they test for dilution.

It'll be a lab test. You'll need about 30 days, give or take depending on your body comp and metabolism. You can speed it up with rigorous exercise (preferably intense cardio) and perhaps a fat burner pill.

Remember that THC metabolites (which is what they check for) are stored in your bodies fat cells. Plan your detox around this fact. Anything that boosts your metabolism is helping.

About 3 days before the test, stop working out and start eating big. Lots of fatty foods. The idea is to create a fresh layer of fat and place your body into a dormant, low metabolic state. That way you'll burn less fat and fewer THC metabolites will get into your urine via the bloodstream.

If you follow the above, you oughta be ok. I passed my test this way.

if you can't do the above or don't have the time, you might be able to dilute. Start taking multivitamins and time how long it takes before you start pissing green/yellow. A week before the test, start saturating your body with creatine. Finally, the day of the test, drink a lot of green tea. However much it takes to keep you peeing every 45 minutes or so (shouldn't be hard, green tea is a diuretic).

The mutlivitamin will turn your pee green. The creatine will help ward off detection of dilution. And the water will dilute the specimen below the minimum (usually 50/ng).

My doc also has me taking 3 10/325 percocets and 6 soma 350 per day. I do not take the soma sometimes but need to perks for the pain. Will this interfere with the test or passing it

What type of test are you taking?

If you are taking a cup test, it may or may not. I take a cup test that tests for morphine. Percocets don't break down into morphine, so they don't show up. If your test tests for other opiates, like oxycodone then it will show up.

A lab test will also show up percs.

If you are perscribed though its not a problem, and soma shouldn't show up at all.( I dont think)

this is a story that may be helpful to heavy smokers who are going through testing. Alright I'm 21 years old, 5'10 160lbs, since graduating from high school I really haven't done much, been in and out of community college, work two part time jobs, and smoke weed lots of it. Up untill my test about 3 months ago I was smoking at least five or more blunts a day, a few bowls, and a bong rip here and there for at least a few years, this is the absolute truth no exageration, my best friend sells weed so it was there all the time, he would always smoke me up for free. So about 6 months ago my uncle offered me a job at his electric company where I would work in the werehouse and eventually become an electrician. Now I knew a drug test was coming but not anytime soon or at least not untill I became an electrician.So one day about 3 months ago I'm at work doin my shit when one of the guys that I've known for a while Tells me my uncle sent out a memo saying that in the next month they are going to drug test all employees. My uncle is very straight edged and if I failed my life would have been pretty much over. Right then I stopped smoking, it was tough, and about 10 days later it was test time. That morning I drank about 10 bottles of water thats it, my piss was more clear than the water I drank, now the reason why I did this is because it was a lab test and I knew it would come up dillute which would buy me a little extra time. Next morning I wake up to a phone call from the lab saying that my test came up dillute and I needed to be re-tested within 36 hours. After the phone call I went to the gym and ran a couple miles, took a 1000mg niacin pill, and drank water and green tee throughout the day. The next day my test was set for 3 pm, around 1pm I started a dillution process but this time I did something different, I took a gallon of gatorade, dumped out half and filled it with water, then I mixed in the key ingredient, creatine, about 5 tablespoons of powder form. drank it, pissed twice, took the test and passed.

Lab test: Maybe, probably not.
