Ok so here's the long awaited update. Sorry that it took so long but i haven't had much time.

First up: Chocolope

First off all i wan't to say something about the shop were i bought this weed. The shop was caled Toermalijn and located in Tilburg. I really enjoyed this shop, it was very cozy and the guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpfull, not to mention the fact that i got a free lighter.
Anyhow what amazed me the most about this shop was the menu and offcourse the quality off the buds. The menu was utterly impressive, 10 sativa's 10 indica's, 10 kinds off ice-o-lator hash, a few kinds off exotic hash and a few kinds off outdoor weed. Needless to say i will be visiting this shop again.

Taste/smell: Very earthy rich smell, especially when ground up. The taste was the same, earthy yet a tad spicy, even a hint off pine. Very complex taste, really loved it, class A bud.

High: a very nice head high, laughed alot, not one off those couchlock buds. U can still do all kinds off studd when blazed from this stuff. Mind u this doesn't mean it was potent, it gave a very nice buzz in the head wich lasted for hours. Creative high also, quite hard to explain, very complex high, quite expensive though at 12.5€/gr.

Next: Bleu Bhudda Cheese, also bought at Toermalijn.

Taste/smell: Very peculiar taste, very hard to describe too especially since it's already more than a week ago since i smoked it, but i'm gonna try anyway. Earthy yet in another way than the Chocolope, more pungent too and less spicy and more piney. Very good taste, very special i really really enjoyed this smoke.

High: Strong, beginning as a head high but finishing in a couchlock. Very nice weed indeed though the high wasn't as complex as the Chocolope. Quite expensive, 10€/gr. for an indica is rather expensive in my opinion though this weed was definatly worth it.

Next up: Misty, bought at The Muze, also in Tilburg. Cosy shop, Moroccon tea-house style.

Taste/smell: Not a strong oudour, hard to describe, i'd say a bit cheesy because that was the word wich came to mind when i first smelled it but that's a poor description indeed. Taste was good, nothing special but smooth and very enjoyable.

High: pretty generic high, i wouldn't say couchlock but not an active creative high either. 8€/gr.

Time for another update, this time:

Amnesia Haze

This stuff was bought here in Gent, and at quite a cheap price too, 6.5€/gr. This stuff goes for 10/11€ in the shops.


Taste/smell: Extremely strong smell, very sweet, a hint off lavender too. The taste is very strong aswell, sweet and hazey taste, fruity aftertaste upon exhaling. I really love the haze taste so i really liked smoking this stuff.

High: Extremely potent weed, massive amounts off trychomes as u will surely notice in the pictures. Very strong, fast onset, goes to the head after 2-3 tokes. I also had blurred vision after smoking a few joints off this stuff, i guess that's why they call it haze Anyhow, definate couchlock, this stuff left u unable to do anything but stare at the tv or have nonsense conversations.

Pictures: just some macro's, i had quite alot off this stuff but i waited till the very last to take pictures off it. This was right before smoking the last nug, an hour or 2 ago. Unfortunatly the condition's weren't ideal so the lighting isn't perfect.

I consider myself lucky to live here. Although, weed suply used to be better around here. The quality is still very good, although it was rubbish for about 6-7months in 2006-2007, but the price has gone up. The average price for 25gr at the beginning of summer 2006 was 95-100€ now it is 135-140€.

Anyhow thanks for the comments en replies everyone, my Amsterdam thread will be coming soon.
