Rock Salt Cleaning?

So i took my bub to my friends house this weekend and we had like 12 bowls of salvia and so me and my friend invited some people over and we all hit the salvia. It was fun watching people act retarded but really bad trippin out on it. However. One major problem is i came home and went to light up a bowl of ganj and it taste like salvia. I could barely finish the bowl. I was mad and then i scraped out the bub. But even then it still taste like salvia. My friend had this exact same problem and said he rock salt cleaned his pipe and it was clean almost brand new. So i was wondering if i could have some detailed instructions on how to do this "rock salt cleaning".

rubbing alc. regular salt...works

I have found that Kosher salt is a great medium between the two to scrape any excess for any type of pipe cleaning.

Formula 420 cleaner works better than ANYTHING EVER!
