My buddy got a personal 1/4 and sold me that little nug out of it. He told me it was local, but hes not someone I usually get help from, so I'm not 100% sure like I usually am. I really wish I could have gotten more.

Edit: If you meant is it a local strain in the context of origination, then no. I've gotten Pink Kush before that came from Cali.
