hey guys. well, I have a friend that told me recently that you can eat bud, and get high. I'm not talking about cooking it or baking it into something. we are talking RAW BUDS. He said eating raw buds will still get you high. so, my question is, if you eat ANY big bud, without baking it into a food, can you still get high?

Would you rather eat a nice nug of dro in under 5 minutes?

or would you rather smoke it, having a nice 30 minute-hour session?

I think its possible to feel a little high, but the only real way to know is to eat one. But i think the amount needed to actual high ratio wouldnt make sense. If you take into consideration eating a joint sized nug does nothing, but smoking that amount out of a bong should get you pretty ripped, then theres no point in eating a blunt sized nugget to feel a little high when you can just roll the blunt and get you and a few friends pretty toasted.

it wont get you high to where you would feel it. THC becomes activated after a certain temperature. thats why you either smoke, vape, or cook it. and the inside of human body doesnt reach the necissary temp.

thanks guys. so the general agreement is that you CAN get high from it, but you need a HUGE amount, and you wont be that high?

You couldn't eat enough raw bud to get high. Throw in a pan with some butter on simmer.

You can eat a pound of raw bud and not get high, you would just have an incredibly bad stomach ache to the point where you would want to die. You get high from THC which is the chemical in marijuana that gets you high, THC is only activated at a temperature higher then anything your body will ever reach normally so no you won't get high from any amount man.........sorry smoke it, vape it, cook it, those are the only ways.
