SAT Scores and Marijuana

Hey guys! Just got my scores back and I'm really pumped, scored a 1320! It got me thinking, a lot of my friends like me smoke weed every day and most of them actually have solid scores. How many straight up idiots do you know smoke weed every day??? IDK for some reason weed just seems to attract more of an intelligent crowd?? I'm just raisin up food for thought and discussion, in the meantime Imma go take a giant bong rip

I think that's a stretch, to say that weed attracts an intelligent crowd, I think that people of all walks of life and intelligence quotient smoke weed. There are stupid people who smoke weed as well, you probably just don't associate with them, like me
By solid score, I am guessing that means 1320/1600, yes? I thought they changed it to 2400, but I haven't given a damn about the SAT since I took it years ago.. haha. Congratulations at any rate!

Yea its out of 1600, just reading and math...I got like a 640 on writing too but most colleges don't look at that score sooo.

Yea you're right there is certainly a varitey in the pool of weed smokers but for some reason I just seem to meet some of the smartest people I know through smoking

I do know many intelligent people who smoke weed quite frequently. Then I know some complete fucking morons who smoke weed. But as Talventaivas said, I think people in all walks of life and with all kinds of intelligence smoke week. It's just one of those things that everyone can enjoy.

I got like a 980 years ago. but my excuse was the AC went out in the building during the summer in TX. I was so tramatized I never took it again even though they offered free retakes. might as well be lighting firecrackers next to my head.

I got a pretty high score back when I took it, but I doubt marijuana had anything to do with it. All types of people smoke weed (or do any sort of other drug for that matter) so I wouldn't necessarily make any generalizations, but I will give you that people who smoke marijuana are definately a different "breed" of drug user than anything else. The fact that this forum exists should be proof enough of that.

I made a 1200/1600 not the greatest but not the worst got a full scholarship to a school so thats all that matters but I know without a doubt that smoking marijuana doesn't correlate with intelligence all I have to do is look at my cousins to see that in and out of jail for dumb shit.

i have never taken the SATS but marijuana has not affected my intelligence at all.

in fact, im that asian stereotypical nerd everyone hates so much but sure as hell don't look it.

Gotta be honest, I wasn't smoking last year, when I took my SATs, but I did exceptionally well on them (I'll just say I scored over 1500/2300), and I love weed now... So my affinity for the stuff sort of correlates to my high scores.

Nice math score (I got a 740 ) and surprisingly to me I did better on verbal (always and still a math guy)

yep. I only took it once. first time I got 1480/1600 2160/2400.
I scored 790 on the math only because I accidentally filled in the wrong bubble, but I didn't think it was worth it to take it again just to get 10 more points on the math.

I smoke bud everyday, and i scored a 2030 on the sats out of 2400.
A 750 on Math 1 C for the sat iis.
3.8 weighted gpa.

Id say im more intelligent than average. I dont think it cannabis attracts more intelligent people but more people that are open to new things.
