He had 10 plants that where about 10 in. tall (about 25 cm's) I was told they where quite skinny most likely grown in a area with unsuffcient light so they where probably streching. I need to know for sure if they would weigh under 35 grams, im almost sure it would since 35 grams of compressed weed would almost fill a regular sandwich half-way but i dont know 4 sure because i didnt see the plants , what do you think its weighs?

P.S. it will probably be weighed with roots and all

10 plants... he's gonna around a pound or so prolly, but when you get caught, they weight EVERYTHING, the stem, bud, trim, all of it... so it'll be a lot more.

Dude, sativa plants usually produce upwards of 300 grams A PIECE, PER HARVEST. He's gonna get hit, man.

i had a buddy who got busted with an apartment that had 60 fully grown bubblegum plants in it thankfully the cops busted in without a search warrant so they dropped all the charges if they didnt get dropped he would have been looking at a couple years states are douche bags about growing

alright the o.p said he had 10 plants-10in. tall so they were babies and most likely didn't have any bud and besides that you wouldn't be able to get a pound off of 10-10in. plants (?? is it even possible for a 10in. plant to flower?). Anyway its really impossible to guess the weight but its definitely over 35 grams

Growing, in my opinion, is not worth the risk. One plant is enough..two max. But TEN, jesus. He's lookin at some major time.

10 plants isn't much from a growers point of view. Statistically half of them are going to be males so are useless, that leaves 5. Usually one of them ends up under par, so 4 good plants is a nice little grow. Nothing more.

But from the cops point of view one plant equals one pound so that's 10 pounds of pot right there. That makes it a major grow and your cousin a dealer.
The law is draconian.

The best thing that could help him is if it's his first offense.
Either way he needs a lawyer for sure. Do you know what state he's in?
