Hey guys, I just had THE MOST RIDICULOUS encounter with the police, and it is now going down as legendary moment in the history of my life.

I was coming home from a friend's house when I decided that when I got there, I would roll up a joint in my car, blow it all up, and go inside to take a dump, write a poem, and go the fuck to sleep. I get home, roll the jay and blow half of it, when a cop rolls up behind me with a spotlight on. I roll the window down (smoke BILLOWS out like bats outta hell), and I admit to the cop (who has since gotten out of his car and approached mine), bold-faced, that I was smoking weed IN FRONT OF MY OWN DAMN HOUSE, without the intention to drive. Very nicely, he asked me to get out, he cuffed me, and sat me down on the curb. I told him from the curb that I had no more tree on me, and that I had three pipes in my car -- a hookah, my precious chillum, and a lesser chillum. The cop immediately confiscates ALL OF IT -- $400 OF SHIT -- and searches the car. But he chatted me up about college, and we conversed well, and he stood me up, took off the cuffs, and told me that he had been a summer high school grad too, and that he'd just mail me a ticket for general misorderly conduct. Then I went in my house, took a dump, and typed this out for you. The whole thing took 15 minutes.

Ridiculous, right? What similar experiences have you had, if any?

Ok so i was with 3 friends, N1 N2 and C.
N1 and I smoked some p0t, N2 was already high on white and p0t. C stayed sober.

N1 drove his truck and I had p0t on me and my pipe, N1 takes us out driving to his gf's house, far out somewhere he makes a wide left turn... where there was 1 cop behind us, and 2 cops on the other side of the lane at a red light.

cop pulls us over, says that N1 was high because he made a wide left turn and he hit the curb as he was pulling over.Me and N2 and C were in the back of his truck (note: us in the back of the truck wasn't illegal at all...)

So the cop was talking to N1, the cop walks up then and asks for me, I'm thinking to myself (OH SHIT HE RATTED US OUT!)

The cop informs me that my friend is high and he asks us how much marijuana we have been smoking. I told him I did not smoke and I didn't know my friend was high (note: im high and I had a lighter,p0t,and a pipe on me in my pocket)

Then he wanted to see if I was high so he did this test to see my tongue, lifted my head back and see if I shook a lot (note: my heart pounding like no other cause My area is ZERO-tolerance)

He then finishes my "sobriety test" and says, "Alright, your sober.." I'm thinking "WHEW MAN I MADE IT!"

then he informs me that my friend could get a DUI for driving high and he didn't want to fill out the paper work and let me drive us home in N1's truck because I was sober and I had a drivers license.

Thus me saving the day!

Wow... you got very lucky. I once was rolled on by the cops while i was showing a girl how to roll a joint. As soon as i saw him i threw the joint and broken up tree under her seat and preceed to talk to him until he left.

No guys, I told the cops that my hookah was straight, but they said that because I had paraphernalia in the car, it didn't matter, and I didn't have the right to any of my smoking property. I was pretty upset, but considering my hookah was only $50, I'm not about to pay the court fee to get it back... What's really bad is that I lost my $200 chillum -- and I'm getting another of those motherfuckers.

Actually, I live in Pennsylvania -- possession is totally criminal, unlike in Alaska or Colorado.
