Roor vs Magic glass Ash catchers

Apart form the maybe millimeter difference these look exactly the same and im having a hard time choosing the roor over this. Difference of $150 even if i smash it i can afford another 3. What u guys think.

it looks ok but ill put one little bug about it in your ear. when i first bought my roor they didnt have any roor a/c so i bought one that looked pretty much like that (it was prob 50-60) and a roor diffuser to go with it. i was very happy i had gotten a good deal because it was cheaper than the roor. i got home, put everything together, loaded the bowl, milked that bitch up and pulled on the bowl and here came a bowl and stem. the roor stem will not seat in that ash cater. i tried it in a 14mm roor and its perfect. moral of the story, yes roor is expensive but that shit is perfect and works the way its supposed to and not funky. enjoy and the roor would be worth the money!

Roors have a longer GonG joint that most other pieces don't fit in right.
But you always get what you pay for...so the lower priced A/C is gonna spill back more, its not gonna fit perfect like Roor always does...theres most definitely a reason for the price difference.

Now saying that roor parts are better with roors, will i have the same trouble with this inline catcher or should i just go the roor. I would prefer this if it will work.

Do you have a source for this? I would think a GonG joint is a GonG joint, at least as it pertains to size.

Just experience. Some seem slightly shorter than the Roor joints and they don't fit right and they rattle.
This has only happened to me with non-Roor stuff...every Roor joint seems to be just fine with other Roor joints.
