Maybe the more accepting attitude towards cannabis there, causes them to be less interested in talking about it in online forums. Whereas here, most places you can't openly discuss it so we go online. Just my $.02

It's just another hobby. Usually people on a beer forum make their own beer with home brewing. Just like people who have a hobby of growing weed posting on a weed forum.

I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with being "American".

I think you're right man. If we could drop by a coffeeshop as easily as we can hit a bar we wouldn't feel the need to talk about marijuana all day

besides in holland, what makes you think cannabis is accepted here? i live in england, yeah people don't give a fuck about people smoking a spliff, but i wouldn't say it is accepted, and police are endlessly stopping my friends car for weed. we've been pestered maybe 15 times in 8 months? only lost weed once, all the other time's we told the police we hadn't got any left and they 'believed' us.
how is it over there in america?

Have any of you considered that we just have a huge country with a shit ton of cool people that chill? Sure in holland they have the coffeeshops, but theyre kinda unfriendly to outsiders over there. We all speak the same language, how the fuck is a british guy and a german guy and a russian gonna talk about their nuggets? it would be pretty cool if everyone was posting in different languages, but it would be so stupid after 5 min. were just a huge nation. oh and dont forget all the canadians on the city
