i personally do NOT think that the US is the best country, for 1: there is no best country, and 2: everyone has different view on things. America is certainly the best country to go to if you like junk food,rollercoasters, or big(not to mention awesome malls-centers) to chill at..

oh yeah, do the math, 1 gallon= 4.55 litres, one litre is about 1.24euros, so 1.24*4.55=~5.60 which is a little more expensive than the US, just because you need more oil than we do.

We all love the country we were born in and grew up in. No matter how hard the conditions there it'll always be home.


You obviously have a very negative opinion of America and you'd be right, the country isn't perfect. But there is no way that everything you said could be true. The United States is NOT a brainwashing, all-evil police state run by a nazi government. If you approach a country with preconceived notions and you hate that country before you know anything about it then you will find in it only the things that support your predetermined opinions.

HAHAHAHA I showed a friend of mine some of the posts on this forum and we had a good laugh. I could go into detail, pull up sources, and really try and show you what is actually going on but thats too much effort. This thread is a joke and the oh-so intelligent post above me is proof.

Some people on this forum are correct in saying that America is brainwashed but ironically they are advocating for the brainwashed message.

For those debating why the Iraq war started the main factor was actually an economic one. What really happened was that Sadam Hussein had a plan to stop recieving american currency for OIL and would start requiring the euro. This would ruin the US economy, as the dollar would plummet even faster than it is now. That is ofcourse a very simplified version of the situation but it is nonethelless the truth. Oil was actually not too big a factor, just wanted to get that in there for all the bleeding heart liberals in here. If we ever were in an actual oil crisis (seeing as our current situation is more of an exploitation of the market economy and americans and NOT an energy crisis) we would just drill off the coast or in Alaska, the liberals would have to give up their childish dreams of "biofuels" and energy conservation occuring on an enormous scale.
