You might have mucus in your lungs thats what happened to me and I just got some robatussum (sp?) from the store and one of the ingredients says like "lubricates the lungs" or some shit... i coughed up shit for like a week when i was taking it then it went away

Yeah dude, I take t-breaks often and without fail I always end up clearing out all the nasty grey loogies from my lungs for a few weeks. It's just a byproduct of smoking.

It sounds like coughing shit up is a good thing? What if you're a regular smoker for 5+ years and have never coughed anything up? Does that mean my lungs aren't cleaning themselves out? I smoke straight blunts only as well

ive coughed up flem, blood, spew and even a cig(dont ask)
we smoke soapbar hash so i always put it down to the plastic an stuff in that (i smoke cigs, too, but i started smokin weed when i didnt smoke then smoking joints started me again:shrug

in other words, if its anythin bad, theres still time. ive been at this for a while an im pretty sure ive done some permanent damage, but as long as you realise when it changes from just messing about to actually causing damage then you should be fine. swim has injected alot, pills and capsules included(capsules not as bad cause theres no binders or fillers but still, its made for oral consumption so theres shit in there thats not soluble) but stopped because swim found out it can cause instant death from pulmonary embolism and its not nice. so swim does everything he can to ensure that he doesnt mess with his heart anymore(stopped uppers and switched from coffee to tea)

I cough up phlegm on the daily, and do not smoke cigs, and have been to the doctor and they didn't say anything was wrong.

So i guess its just the mass amounts of weed im smoking.
The phlegm is worth it

they used to think cigs were good for you because they made you cough - WTF

but this proves that herbs can be good expectorants for the lungs, hell, why do you think people who suffer from asthma smoke weed - it dilates the airways

the same airways our beloved tobacco closes

I have some friends who have been smoking for years and they don't cough up any flem. Last year I took a t-break around the same time (before summer) because I thought smoking was the cause.

This year the same thing happened and I figured out its my allergies. Started taking flonase or whatever its called and flem cleared right up!
