well it is human nature to learn, i for myself am a curious individual. i dont know what kind of learning you are talking about but i take it as if you mean the education system when u say learn, and if thats what you mean then i agree with your post. i consider humans pathetic also. the world would be so much more peaceful without us. if you put a lot of humans together there is bound to be conflict and war

All the weird people researching things that don't matter need to help technology and space research, things that can save the human race before the world ends in one of the millions of random ways it could each day.

wait.. unless they're researching giant squids so they can outfit them with lasers.. in that case I approve!

you guys are both right and i do agree that learning is amazing now that i think about it, i dont me oh yay im going to school to learn about tons of random shit...i mean learning about things we do not know about, like space and deep in the ocean....

but anyways
i have also thought about how if there were like "mirror" worlds(i think i got this idea from a book or movie or friend or something) but like what if mirrors were a door to another world, and in the world it was just a mirror copy of our world. what if when we see our reflection in the mirror it is really just your being in the other world but since it is part of a mirror world it is forced to do what you do. haha this idea is kinda dumb actually haha

rofl oh yeah, i bet like 20 years into the future it will be like,
some biologist researching giant squids, "holy shit they do exist we finally have fucking footage of a live giant squid in the ocean!"
so then they would talk to a scientist who would be like, "alright, we will now start developing the super squid laser that will help in our conquest to save the world!"
it would be all over the news and people would start thinking about how much of a rush it would be to kill giant squids, and would soon realize the fortune that woudl come with this rush.
finally, the super squid laser would be finished, but unfortunetly the scientist would soon come to realize that the fuckin dumbass pochers killed off all of the giant squid, dooming earth in the process.
now the scientist gets fuckin pissed and launches the laser into space, and blows up the world with it..
haha i thought that would be kinda funny lol, prolly would end up that way coes we humans tend to make a lot of things extinct, or atleast endangered

How do you guys feel about the idea of the fact that agriculture and not staying hunter gatherers potentially was the worlds downfall. It meant we were stabilized as a people, which made the population EXPLODE and for groups and civilizations to form all over the world, pretty much taking over and slowly destroying it (some would say quickly destroying it now a days). Staying a hunter gatherer type people it would have controlled the population, and kept the earth mostly natural and with groups spread out but with one downfall, the fact that the population would slowly grow over time and we'd probably wipe out the worlds food supply in about the same time as we are killing shit now....what do you guys think about it? i'm high as balls and I talked to this kid baked the other day about this

The only thing that separates humans from other animals is our ability to create technology. Complex social groupings, events such as rape or murder, even games exist through other animals.
