i feel like life for anyone should be some sort of adventure. if ur reading ur life as a book it should be one ud wanna read. i really only have 4 sort rules on life or morals or whatever

freedom, adventure, peace and the environment.

-freedom for all, from all
-adventure, action, ups, downs, never being complacent
-peace, respect for all
-and as a race that wants to exist far in to the reaches of time we should respect the earth so it can continue to sustain us healthily

hmm i guess the key to all of these is really respect, makes sense

Just because I thought it was going to be intellectual discussion but instead it's all Cartesian philosophy that anyone can think up in high school. I didn't mean that as an insult, but it's usually the first chapter in any philosophy book, and it's usually kind of pointless to discuss.

A lot of people have actually put a lot of thought into that question; Metaphysics is a fun, if isolated, field to work with and think about. hmm i have had some pretty deep thoughts though, i forgot one really cool one i had i will try to remember it though...
i dont remember but one lil thing i have always thought about is

what if there are multiple "worlds", i know there are but i mean like....planet earths....
what is, everyone lives in different time periods and justs keeps cylcling through the different periods, once you die you move on to the next. like maybe before this i lived in the renaissance period... next ill move on to the future..and if certain seers or whatever such as Aristotle predicted things because they somehow remembered their past lives of different time periods..

sorry, that might be way dumb but i think its way weird and wonder about that i mean i love to ponder life after death, im not religious but i think the idea of being buried 6 feet under, only to be washed up by some insane flood, or forgotten over the years and have a school built on my remains to be very lame.

yea man ive thought about that too. have you see the "hubble space photo?" each dot represents a galaxy, some bigger than others



ive thought that you live in a different planet/galaxy each life and how well you do in this life depends on if you graduate to a better planet/galaxy or set yourself back. there sure as hell is other life out there in other planets, but galaxies also i believe.

about the galaxies...some are not necessarily bigger than others. you see that big mofo in the middle? chances are it is just closer that the rest. you need to realize the universe is over 14 billion miles long, and expanding at every second. what makes my mind go crazy is that since there are billions of stars just like our sun, the chances of life elsewhere are pretty big. think of what is out there!!!

about dogs...they havent evolved to the point that they can see ghosts. ghosts do not exist, it is just a myth to scare little kids

what ghost have you seen? was it your mind playing tricks? your brain has the capability of confusing messages from your eyes...causing hallucinations (this is why you can trip and see crazy things). maybe it has happened when you were sober. maybe you were scared when you saw the "ghost". i know i have seen people in my closet when i was scared, but were they actually in there? no, my mind was playing tricks.

yeah dude i agree i have seen ghosts before i swear, not recently but when i was little i saw my grandpa. and i have heard ghost stories, my friends dad was talkin about how he lived in a house that they used to bring dead people to before they went to the moorg or somethin like that, he had so many crazy stories (sorry dont really remember what the house used to be but it was somethin like that)


but anyway, i think language is soo weird. like how the fuck did we come up with so many sounds, because thats what languages are jsut a bunch of sounds and symbals, that express what we mean. if you guys jsut read that you understood those symbals and probably atleast kind of got what i was trying to say, and that is so wierd, try to think of how language started. i mean if you try to think back to how it would be with no language, people could just use gestures to explain themselves. and slowly people came to realize that food is the thing we eat. when i think of how language started i think of people (ill use the food example) pointing at their freshly killed rabbit and making a sound that sounds like food. eventually we started to associate more and more words with our thoughts and with different items. and the more words we had, the larger the language could become. i cant think of any way that certain words could have became words by just pointing at things, some words had to come about by use of other words.
haha as i thought of what i was writing it kinda sounds stupid, but this really baffles me i just suck at explaining my thoughts

no, it was actually there. i didnt even wanna type all of this but ok, people may think im bs'ing but i swear on weed this is true.

my house was owned by native americans before my dad bought it (keep in mind i had no knowledge of this when i was a kid about 5 years old). i slept in a bunkbed with my brother, i am on the bottom. every single night there is the same damn exact shadow of a native american sitting indian style with a stick in his hand at the edge of my bed. i would always tell my brother to stay up because i need his protection against it in case it did anything to me, and i even put crayons under my pillow to throw at it but i never did because i was too scared shitless. he always fell asleep like a damn bum leaving me sweating under the covers in the hot summer scared for my life that it would do something. this happend numerous times. i told my parents and they gave me my own room and ever since then i have never seen it.

Honestly, this is not especially intelligent. Lets be serious here this a whole bunch of why are we here and what ifs. Questioning one's being is very basic. While the unintelligent choose religion for the most part, the intelligent search for more reason and meaning. The level to which you search for knowledge is the measure in society and in life. Obviously not all people who are religious are unintelligent, it just seems like whenever I meet a religious intellect it seems like they have a bunch of questions they need thier God to answer.

So in the end, this is somewhat intelligent but only because we arent just saying "Dude....life is like, weird, you know? Wait!....was I saying again?". Its also random, but completely stereotypical lol.

i took summer school for 9th grade earth science because i ditched a shit ton(haha ironic i know here i am in the intelligent stoner thread talkin about how i was in summer school) but anyway the teacher talked about space and how huge it was and it baffled me completely
i dont remember a lot of the numbers and shit used to im googlin it
a lightyear is the distance light travels in a year
1 lightyear=9,500,000,000,000 kilometers since light travels 300,000kilometers a second
the average distance between the earth and the sun is about 150million km, or 93 million miles.
and the distance between the earth and its closest star is about 4.24 lightyears.
there are billions and billions of stars in the milky way alone and if earths closest star is 4.24 lightyears away than picture how huge space is.
according to the site im lookin at, the milky way is 150,000 lightyears across
there are so many different galaxies that are probably all around that size

and look at the picture i attached, that shows the earth compared to the sun, and the sun is just a medium sized star. holy fuck this rapes my mind, space is too huge think of all the other planets

yeah i know what you mean its so insane though, people are weird. we are trying to hard to learn as much as we can but why? yea knowledge is fuckin priceless but what good does it do for us to know that there is a giant squid(an example, jsut something people are trying to learn about right now)...the world could end anytime and knowing whether or not there is a giant squid isnt gonna change that. people are stupid, i honestly hate humans and wish that animals and bugs would take over mankind and kill us all, take back their world, we came into it and fucked everything up and we are all greedy and ignorant hypocrite fucks. why do we try to learn more instead of fix all the damage we have brought, we are killing forests and slowly dooming this earth, but instead of trying to find out how to stop this we dont, we try to learn things we do not know. i say we should fix what he have brought and then learn more. i wish people were peaceful, its dumb as fuck that if we do find out giant squids are real i can gaurantee people will try to hunt them for some kind of delicasy(spell) or cool lookin boots. sorry this is kind of a rant but not at the same time lol.
