| Tolerance Break
I'm not planning on going on a full scale tolerance break unless I have to.
I was wondering if this would help me lower my tolerance...
right now I'm smoking 1.5g of dank everyday, split into 3 sessions. So 0.5g of dank to get me high and the high lasts around 1 and a half hours and it used to last approxametely 3 hours and was a lot stronger.
What if I just lower the amount of weed I smoke, but don't stop. Like lets say for 1 week instead of smoking 1.5g a day, I just smoke 1g a day split into 2 sessions and the week after that I will smoke 0.5g in one session before bed.
I want to lower my tolerance but at the same time I can't sleep without smoking up first. And I don't even want to try different sleeping pills and shit. I value my sleep and live in a shitty area with lots of crime, so it's hard to sleep as it is and I can't be downing sleeping pills and be passed out when some jackass comes in and robs my place then kills me when instead I could be tossing him out the window.
So do you think my tolerance would go down a lot, only slower if I use this method?
When school comes around again, I would only like to smoke maybe 2 times a day and even half a gram a day would be good. That is when the money will get tight and shit again also so this is long term planning lol.
I'm just mixed on the whole tolerance break thing and I'm not sure if you HAVE to stop completely or if you can just lower the amount smoked for a time period until you only need a little bit of bud to get wasted.
