A question about insurance

I couldnt really figure out where to post this, so I thought I would ask here.

I had jaw surgery last summer. Im pretty sure I have one refill left for a big bottle of liquid vicodin.

The question is if I can still try to refill it. I think most drugs give you one year to refill it.
However, if i get it, will the name of the drug show up on the insurance? or will it just show that they covered it. I am asking because i really dont know much about health insurance. My mom and dad deal with that.

Basically Im asking if I will get caught or not?

Your old bottle will tell you all the information you need. And yes, most drugs give you 363-364 days.

you'll be fine bro. My friend used to fill his prescriptions and it would just cover it without notifying you in the mail. Only problem was my friend only used 1 refill he had 2 left! What a waste of vicoden
