anyone else get quiet after smoking a lot?

Im only quiet when it comes to being faded with ppl i dont know...but once conversation starts I get on my soapbox and its hard to get me to stop talking hahaha....

yeah actually, my friends will tell me these crazy philosophical stories and I won't say anything the whole time or afterwards.. I'll just be completely tuned in. They usually get mad at me because I don't give them any feedback, it's fuckin hilarious haha

Describes me perfectly sometimes. Usually sativas don't have this effect on me, but when I smoke a strong indica like White Rhino, I just sit and observe, almost like i'm watching a TV show. The funny part about this was a couple nights ago I had smoked, and I was just listening to everyone talk. All of a sudden a girl turns and looks at me and asks, "Why aren't you talking?" It takes like 10 seconds for my brain to register that she's talking to me haha

As long as you're feeling good, I wouldn't worry about it. Chances are, a lot of the other people are feeling the same way you are.

too lazy to talk is how I feel alot. I think that's part of why stoners like hanging out with stoners when they're stoned cause sober people tend to talk more and about less intresting things.

This thread is reassuring -- I didn't know there were so many other quiet stoners out there.

When I get really stoned, and on the comedown of a high, I usually don't feel like talking or get so absorbed in my own world and thoughts that it's very hard for me say anything.

Occasionally I just feel like I don't have anything meaningful to offer up to a conversation, but other times I'm quiet because I don't think we spend enough time with other people without talking ... silently appreciating moments and experiences with our friends seems like a lost art.

These days we have to be in a state of constant (verbal) communication: talking, texting, messaging...

It depends. Some times when im high im into talking and some times in into meditating and finding shit out about my self, not other cunts...

yeah when I get semi high it just magnifies my extroverted personality, but when I smoke more than a bowl or two I become really quiet and calm instead of loud, talkative, and funny.

i usually get more talkative but mostly because people will say something funny and i will just start laughing and joking and we will get into heavy conversating and more laughing. But yeah if no one else feels like talking or im alone i will daze out and think about shit or look at shit or just look like a coke addict i guess.
