it can be done, just be very careful. I would tell your friend to first put on some latex gloves, then put the goods in a ziplock back. wipe the outside of the bag with alcohol. get a vacuum sealer and seal it in 2 or 3 bags, wiping the outside layer off every time. should work in theory!

i heard good things about fedex overnighting stuff, the expedited packages have the least chances of getting searched (by theory)
i've haven't tried it myself so i couldn't vouch for it
ofcourse i came close to using it many times before

i can't imagine it's 'that' difficult to find ganja in vegas, although i've never been there. is it out of the realm of possibilities to look around?
