im trying to cut back, ive been a fairly seasoned smoker for about 4 years now. I like the high, but honestly after smoking everyday for about a year (a couple years ago) I have realized that isn't healthy... atleast for me
I like smoking irregularly and infrequently. The best method that I have found is to smoke once a week, say on sunday. Smoke a mad amount (sunday blunt club, we usually have a good grip of weed) then take a break for a week.. Its great it helps me to focus during the week, and my high on sunday is much more productive and clear. if I smoke too much too frequently then my dyslexia kicks my ass and fucks with my speech formation. But i also know people that smoke weed everyday and function completely normal, and when they aren't high they are jittery and unfocused. so its really a per-person kind of a thing |

I concur. I don't get headache, I don't get sick....unless I smoke with my friends for a weekend (6 people share a bongs and pipes and they aren't wiped down.) But other than that I'm healthier. i had blood drawn for test on my kidney recently (i had a kidney transplant) and then had another one last week, on my t-break. And my lab results when I smoked were better than on my t-break....so you tell me.

i eat alot more on impulse which sucks but other than that im fine... (thank god) other than falling behind on my running i've only gaained a few pounds and have lately not been getting the flu for the past two years.... also i get less and weaker colds.
