fucking plus rep man... im sick of hearing poeple telling other to hold hits in longer... people think that holding a hit 10 seconds, will get you higher then holding a hit for 3 seconds, when that is simply not the case, all the THC is absorbed in your lungs after 2-3 seconds, and you only feel high (if you hold it longer) because you are holding your breath, thus cutting oxygen off from your brain....

yeah man i try and tell my lil bro all the time that holding it in for more than 2 or 3 seconds doesnt make a difference, your lungs can only absorb so much at one time aad holding it in longer only gets your lungs more resinated

i think that bong hits vs pipe+joint hits are better because i feel like when i take a bongy i can my lungs are more ready and they expand more resulting in more lung tissue abbsorbing THC into my blood rather than a hit from a joint that only opens your lungs to 75% potential

ive heard that vaporizer actually use the THC more efficiently than using flame or "combusting" the bud, they say it actually gets u higher becasue it heats at the perfect temp, never tried a vap though before so i cant say this is true
